Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of FanDeck. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FanDeck.
01 Who can use FanDeck
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you're using FanDeck on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
02 Your account
- You sign in with a phone number (via OTP) or a supported social login.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.
- One account per person; don't create accounts to impersonate someone else.
03 What FanDeck provides
Live scores, ball-by-ball commentary, stylised stadium replays, player and team analytics, and curated cricket news, aggregated from licensed third-party data providers and public news sources. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
! Not for betting or official use
FanDeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official data source for any cricket board, league or event organiser. Scores, stats and "Stadium Simulation" replays are built from commentary and event data, not verified ball-tracking — they can lag or contain errors. Don't use FanDeck as the basis for betting, wagering, or any decision requiring guaranteed real-time accuracy.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or access FanDeck's data or APIs outside the app itself.
- Interfere with the service's operation (rate abuse, automated bulk requests, exploits).
- Use FanDeck for anything unlawful, or to harass, impersonate, or infringe others' rights.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute FanDeck's content or data feeds.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
05 Intellectual property
The FanDeck name, logo, app design and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Cricket scores, stats and footage are sourced under license from third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy) and remain their respective owners' property. Team names, player names and league marks belong to their respective organisations; FanDeck's use of them is descriptive, not an endorsement.
06 Subscriptions & payments
FanDeck is currently free to use. If we introduce paid tiers in future, updated terms covering pricing, billing and cancellation will be presented before any charge, and you'll need to accept them separately.
07 Disclaimer of warranties
FanDeck is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be accurate or timely — live sports data depends on third parties outside our control.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanDeck and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including losses connected to reliance on scores, stats, or predictions shown in-app.
09 Termination
You may stop using FanDeck and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FanDeck evolves. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app before they take effect.
